1. Özet

Bu metin, Mire Bilişim A.Ş. (Türkiye) tarafından yayımlanan Yaş Hesaplama (Age Calculator) uygulamasının verilerinizi nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. KVKK ve GDPR bakımından veri sorumlusu Mire Bilişim A.Ş.'dir. Uygulamanın mağaza sayfaları: App Store · Google Play.

Kısaca: Doğum tarihiniz ve girdiğiniz tüm tarihler yalnızca telefonunuzun belleğinde kalır; kaydedilmez ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Hesap yok, analiz aracı yok, takip yok, üçüncü taraf reklam yok, uygulama içi satın alma yok.

Uygulamanın tek ağ etkinliği, ekranın altındaki küçük reklam bandında kendi uygulamalarımızdan birini göstermek içindir: kısa bir listeyi ve listedeki uygulamaların simgelerini, yalnızca kendi alan adımızdan, anonim olarak indirir. Bandın internet yokken de görünebilmesi için bu listenin son kopyasını telefonunuzda saklar; kopyada sizinle ilgili hiçbir bilgi yoktur.

2. Uygulamanın işlediği veriler

Doğum tarihiniz ve "Tarih farkı" ekranında seçtiğiniz başlangıç ve bitiş tarihleri, yalnızca sonucu hesaplamak için telefonunuzun belleğinde tutulur.
Bu tarihler cihazınıza kaydedilmez; uygulama kapandığında bellekten silinir. Uygulamayı yeniden açtığınızda tarihi yeniden seçersiniz.
Tarihler hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Tam yaş, toplam gün ve hafta, sonraki doğum günü ve doğduğunuz gün tamamen cihazınızda hesaplanır; uygulama internet bağlantısı olmadan da eksiksiz çalışır.
Uygulamanın dili, telefonunuzun dil ayarlarına göre cihazda belirlenir; bu bilgi de bize gönderilmez.

3. Yapmadıklarımız

Hesap yok: üyelik veya oturum açma yoktur; adınızı, e-posta adresinizi ya da telefon numaranızı istemiyoruz.
Analiz yok: uygulamada analiz (analytics) veya kullanım istatistiği aracı yoktur; uygulama ne yaptığınızı bize bildirmez.
Takip yok: reklam kimliği (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de GAID) okunmaz; iOS'ta "Uygulama Takip Şeffaflığı" (ATT) izni istenmez.
Reklam ağı yok: üçüncü taraf reklam yazılımı (SDK) yoktur; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam, açılır pencere veya tam ekran reklam gösterilmez.
Satın alma yok: uygulama içi satın alma veya abonelik yoktur.
Hakkınızda kayıt yok: uygulama cihazınızda sizinle ilgili hiçbir veri saklamaz ve çerez kullanmaz. Cihazda tutulan tek şey reklam bandı listesinin kopyasıdır (bkz. bölüm 4).
Verilerinizi satmıyor, kiralamıyor ve kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz; uygulamadan gelen, hakkınızda hiçbir veri saklamıyoruz.

4. Reklam bandı (kendi uygulamalarımız)

Ekran açıldıktan sonra uygulama, stüdyomuzun diğer uygulamalarını listeleyen küçük bir dosyayı bir kez indirir: https://agecalculator.trademire.ai/house-ads.json. Bu listeden seçilen bir uygulama, ekranın altında "Reklam" etiketli küçük bir bant olarak gösterilir. Bant yalnızca kendi uygulamalarımızı tanıtır; hiçbir reklam ağına bağlı değildir.

İstek sade bir GET isteğidir: sorgu dizesi, gövde, çerez veya özel başlık içermez. Sizinle ya da girdiğiniz tarihlerle ilgili hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez; bandın kodu tarihlere erişemez bile.
Hangi uygulamanın gösterileceği cihazınızda seçilir: uygulamanın dili (telefonunuzun dil ayarındaki bölgeyle birlikte), cihazınızın iOS mu Android mi olduğu, iOS sürümü ve kampanya tarihleri dikkate alınır. Bu bilgiler sunucuya gönderilmez.
Bandın simgesi ya uygulamanın içinde hazır gelir ya da yalnızca aynı alan adından (https://agecalculator.trademire.ai/house/) indirilir. Uygulama, listedeki bütün uygulamaların simgelerini birlikte indirir (yalnızca göstereceğini değil); böylece bu istekler hangi uygulamanın gösterildiğine ya da telefonunuzda nelerin yüklü olduğuna bağlı değildir. Liste isteği hiçbir yönlendirmeyi takip etmez; simgeler de sunucumuzdan doğrudan, başka bir adrese yönlendirilmeden sunulur. Bu nedenle bant hiçbir üçüncü taraftan içerik yüklemez.
Her web isteğinde olduğu gibi sunucu, isteğin geldiği IP adresini ve genel bir istemci tanımını (user agent) zorunlu olarak görür. Sunucumuz, bu dosya ve bant simgeleri için erişim kaydı (access log) tutmayacak şekilde yapılandırılmıştır: bu bilgiler yalnızca yanıtı iletmek için o an kullanılır ve saklanmaz. Bu kısa süreli teknik işlem, dosyanın iletilebilmesi için gereklidir ve meşru menfaatimize dayanır (KVKK m.5/2-f, GDPR m.6/1-f). Site, Avrupa Birliği'nde bulunan bir barındırma sağlayıcısından kiralanan bir sunucuda çalışır; sağlayıcı bu bilgileri yalnızca bizim adımıza ve talimatlarımızla işler.
Banda ya da "Yükle" düğmesine dokunduğunuzda o uygulamanın App Store veya Google Play sayfası açılır. Bağlantı yalnızca uygulamanın mağaza kimliğinden oluşur, izleme parametresi içermez. Uygulama bu dokunuşu kaydetmez ve bize bildirmez. Mağaza sayfası açıldıktan sonra Apple'ın veya Google'ın gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir.
İnternet yokken: Bandın internet yokken de görünebilmesi için uygulama, başarıyla indirdiği son listeyi ve simgeleri telefonunuzun önbellek klasöründe saklar ve en fazla 30 gün kullanır; daha eski bir kopya silinir. Bu kopyada yalnızca kendi uygulamalarımızın adları, mağaza kimlikleri ve simgeleri bulunur; sizinle, tarihlerinizle ya da yüklü uygulama kontrolünün sonucuyla ilgili hiçbir bilgi yoktur. İnternet varken her açılışta önce güncel liste indirilir. İşletim sistemi önbellek klasörünü boşaltabilir; uygulamayı silmek bu kopyayı da siler.
Liste yüklenemezse ve saklanan bir kopya da yoksa bant hiç görünmez; yaş hesaplama her durumda eksiksiz çalışır.

5. Yüklü uygulama kontrolü

Telefonunuzda zaten bulunan bir uygulamanın reklamını size göstermemek için uygulama, telefonunuzun işletim sistemine stüdyomuzun bazı uygulamalarının yüklü olup olmadığını sorar:

iOS: Uygulamalarımızdan birine ait bir URL şemasının açılıp açılamayacağı sorulur. iOS bu soruyu yalnızca uygulamada önceden listelenmiş şemalar için yanıtlar; bu liste yalnızca kendi uygulamalarımızdan oluşur.
Android: Adı belirli bir paketin yüklü olup olmadığı sorulur. Android 11 ve sonrasında uygulamanın manifest dosyasında adıyla listelediği paketlerin tümü kendi uygulamalarımızdır; yüklü uygulama kontrolü yalnızca bunları sorar. (Manifest dosyasında ayrıca, metin seçim menüsünün başka uygulamaların "metni işle" eylemlerini gösterebilmesi için Flutter'ın standart bir tanımı bulunur; uygulama bunu uygulama aramak ya da listelemek için kullanmaz.) Uygulama, yüklü uygulamalarınızın listesini hiçbir zaman istemez ve okumaz (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES izni yoktur).

Yanıt ("yüklü" ya da "yüklü değil") yalnızca cihazda, hangi bandın gösterileceğini seçmek için kullanılır; saklanmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez. Simgeler bu kontrolden bağımsız olarak hep birlikte indirildiğinden ağ istekleri hangi uygulamaların yüklü olduğunu yansıtmaz; ayrıca bu istekler için erişim kaydı da tutulmaz.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığı için çocuklardan da kişisel veri toplamaz. Hesap, profil, sohbet veya paylaşım özelliği yoktur. Reklam bandı yalnızca kendi uygulamalarımızı gösterir. Seçim hiçbir kişisel veriye ya da uygulamayı nasıl kullandığınıza dayanmaz; yalnızca uygulamanın dili, cihazınızın platformu ve iOS sürümü, kampanya tarihleri ile kendi uygulamalarımızın zaten yüklü olup olmadığı dikkate alınır ve seçim cihazda yapılır.

7. İzinler

Android: Ağa erişen tek izin internet erişimi (INTERNET) iznidir; reklam bandının listesini ve simgelerini indirmek için kullanılır. (Derlemede ayrıca AndroidX kitaplığının eklediği, yalnızca uygulamanın kendi iç mesajlarını koruyan, imza düzeyinde bir iç izin bulunur: DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION.) Bu izin kurulumda verilir, ekranda ayrıca sorulmaz. Konum, kamera, kişiler, dosyalar, bildirimler veya reklam kimliği (AD_ID) izni istenmez.
iOS: Hiçbir izin istenmez. Uygulama konum, fotoğraflar, kamera, kişiler, bildirimler veya takip için izin sormaz.

Yüklü uygulama kontrolü için uygulamaya eklenen listeler (iOS'ta sorgulanabilir URL şemaları, Android'de adıyla belirtilen paketler) birer izin değildir; yalnızca bu belirli uygulamalarımızın yüklü olup olmadığının sorulmasını sağlar.

8. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında; kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bunlara erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya aktarılmasını isteme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve şikâyette bulunma haklarına sahipsiniz.

Uygulama hakkınızda hiçbir kişisel veri saklamaz ve sunucumuz reklam bandı isteklerini kaydetmez; bu yüzden elimizde sizinle ilişkilendirebileceğimiz, erişebileceğiniz, düzeltebileceğimiz ya da silebileceğimiz bir uygulama verisi yoktur. Girdiğiniz tarihleri silmek için uygulamayı kapatmanız yeterlidir.

Uygulamanın dışındaki iki durum: bize e-posta gönderirseniz, mesajınızı ve adresinizi yalnızca size yanıt vermek için saklarız; bu web sitesinin sayfalarına yapılan ziyaretler ise her web sitesinde olduğu gibi sunucunun standart erişim kaydına yazılır.

Yine de bir sorunuz ya da talebiniz olursa hq@trademire.ai adresine yazın; talebinizi en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na, Avrupa Birliği'nde ise bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek güncel metni bu sayfada yayımlar ve "Son güncelleme" tarihini değiştiririz. Uygulamanın işlediği veriler ileride değişirse (örneğin yeni bir özellik veri gerektirirse), bu sayfa o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce güncellenir.

1. Summary

This policy explains how the Age Calculator app, published by Mire Bilişim A.Ş. (Türkiye), handles your data. Mire Bilişim A.Ş. is the data controller under the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK. Store pages: App Store ("Age Calculator: Exact Age") · Google Play ("Age Calculator: Date of Birth").

In short: your date of birth and every date you enter stay in your phone's memory only; they are not saved and not sent anywhere. No account, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party ads, no in-app purchases.

The app's only network activity serves the small banner at the bottom of the screen, which shows one of our own apps: it anonymously downloads a short list and the icons of the apps on it, only from our own domain. So that the banner can also appear offline, it keeps the latest copy of that list on your phone; the copy contains nothing about you.

2. What the app processes

Your date of birth and the start and end dates you pick in the "Date difference" sheet are kept in your phone's memory, only to calculate the result.
These dates are not saved on your device; they are cleared from memory when the app closes. When you open the app again, you pick the date again.
The dates are never sent to any server. Your exact age, total days and weeks, next birthday and the weekday you were born are all calculated on your device, and the app works fully without an internet connection.
The app's language is chosen on the device from your phone's language settings; this is not sent to us either.

3. What we do NOT do

No account: there is no sign-up or sign-in; we never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
No analytics: the app contains no analytics or usage-statistics tool and does not report what you do to us.
No tracking: the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) is never read, and there is no App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt on iOS.
No ad network: there is no third-party advertising SDK; no personalized ads, no pop-ups and no full-screen ads.
No purchases: there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Nothing about you stored: the app keeps no data about you on your device and uses no cookies. The only thing it keeps is a copy of the banner's list (see section 4).
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone; we keep no data about you from the app.

4. The house-ad banner (our own apps)

After the screen appears, the app downloads a small file listing our studio's other apps, once: https://agecalculator.trademire.ai/house-ads.json. One app from that list is shown in a small banner labelled "Ad" at the bottom of the screen. The banner only promotes our own apps; it is not connected to any ad network.

The request is a plain GET: no query string, no body, no cookies, no custom headers. Nothing about you or the dates you entered is sent; the banner's code cannot even reach the dates.
Which app is shown is decided on your device, from the app's language (with the region of your phone's language setting), whether your device runs iOS or Android, the iOS version and the campaign dates. None of this is sent to the server.
The banner's icon is either built into the app or downloaded only from the same domain (https://agecalculator.trademire.ai/house/). The app downloads the icons of all the apps on the list together (not only the one it will show), so these requests do not depend on which app is shown or on what is installed on your phone. The list request never follows a redirect, and our server serves the icons directly without redirecting anywhere, so the banner loads nothing from any third party.
Like any web request, the server necessarily sees the IP address the request comes from and a generic user agent. Our server is configured to keep no access logs for this file and for the banner icons: this information is used only in the moment, to deliver the response, and is not stored. This brief technical processing is necessary to deliver the file and is based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f), KVKK Art. 5/2-f). The site runs on a server rented from a hosting provider in the European Union, which processes this information only on our behalf and under our instructions.
Tapping the banner or its "Get" button opens that app's page in the App Store or on Google Play. The link is built only from the app's store id and carries no tracking parameters. The app does not record the tap or report it to us. Once the store page opens, Apple's or Google's privacy policies apply.
Offline: so that the banner can also appear without an internet connection, the app keeps the last list it downloaded successfully, and its icons, in its cache folder on your phone and uses them for at most 30 days; an older copy is deleted. This copy contains only our own apps' names, store ids and icons — nothing about you, your dates or the result of the installed-app check. When you are online, the current list is always downloaded first. The operating system may clear the cache folder; deleting the app removes the copy too.
If the list cannot be loaded and there is no kept copy, the banner simply does not appear; the calculator always works fully.

5. Installed-app check

So that you are not shown an ad for an app you already have, the app asks your phone's operating system whether some of our studio's apps are installed:

iOS: it asks whether a URL scheme belonging to one of our apps can be opened. iOS answers only for schemes listed in the app in advance, and that list contains only our own apps.
Android: it asks whether a package with a specific name is installed. On Android 11 and later, every package the app names in its manifest is one of our own apps, and the installed-app check asks only about those. (The manifest also carries Flutter's standard declaration that lets the text-selection menu offer other apps' "process text" actions; the app never uses it to look up or list apps.) The app never asks for or reads the list of your installed apps (it has no QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission).

The answer ("installed" or "not installed") is used on the device only, to choose which banner to show; it is never stored or sent anywhere. Because the icons are all downloaded together, independently of this check, the network requests do not reflect which apps are installed; they are not logged either.

6. Children

The app collects no personal data at all, so it collects none from children. There are no accounts, profiles, chat or sharing features. The banner shows only our own apps. It is not based on any personal data or on how you use the app: the choice depends only on the app's language, your device's platform and iOS version, the campaign dates, and whether our own apps are already installed, and it is made on the device.

7. Permissions

Android: the only permission that reaches the network is internet access (INTERNET), used to download the banner's list and icons. (The build also contains an internal, signature-level permission added by the AndroidX library, DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION, which only protects the app's own internal messages.) It is granted at install time and never shown as a prompt. No location, camera, contacts, files, notifications or advertising-ID (AD_ID) permission is requested.
iOS: no permission is requested. The app never asks for location, photos, camera, contacts, notifications or tracking.

The lists added to the app for the installed-app check (queryable URL schemes on iOS, the named packages on Android) are not permissions; they only let the app ask whether those specific apps of ours are installed.

8. Your rights under KVKK and GDPR

Under the GDPR and Article 11 of Türkiye's KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to access it, to have it corrected, erased or transferred, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint.

The app stores no personal data about you and our server does not log the banner's requests, so we hold no app data that we could link to you: there is nothing for you to access, correct or delete. To erase the dates you entered, simply close the app.

Two things are outside the app: if you email us, we keep your message and address only to answer you; and visits to this website's pages are recorded in the web server's standard access log, like on any website.

If you still have a question or a request, write to us at hq@trademire.ai; we reply within 30 days at the latest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVK Kurulu) in Türkiye or, in the European Union, with the data protection authority of your country.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new text on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If the data the app processes ever changes (for example, because a new feature needs data), this page will be updated before that version is released.
